Responsible for data to day co-ordination of sales activities.

Allied Telesis India Pvt Ltd is part of the Allied Telesis group present in Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkotta, Delhi and Chennai and is seeking to fill the role of Internal Sales Co-ordinator.

Reporting to the Country Manager, the responsibilities of the succesful candidate include:

  • Manage sales for all distributors with annual sales target in coordination with all the regional sales team in India
  • Distributor management includes updating distributors on merchandising plans, activities & events, sales training and material co-ordination
  • Processing and coordination of orders with resellers and distributors
  • Plan and organize product seminars, workshops and training for partners
  • Represents company at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations
  • Oversees all incoming enquiries and ensure that each one is handled in a proper and efficient manner
  • Responds to incoming sales enquiries received via email and telephone
  • Work with distributors on marketing activities, requirements and Market Development Funds
  • Work with Country Manager and responsible for coordinating of marketing events
  • Initiate and co-ordinate working activities with partners
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Require to amend any promotional materials to the required needs
  • Support for the in-country sales team
  • Administrative duties
  • Other ad-hoc activities as required

Job qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
  • At  least 5 years experience in sales support
  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent  communication and good time management skills
  • Highly motivated with a sense of commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and complete routine tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Independent and pro-active
  • Previous experience in a channel role is desirable
