Allied Telesis won 2nd place in the Network Product category.

Nikkei Computer magazine comprehensively covers information systems and networking for key people in charge of developing, building and promoting the use of corporate systems, and aims to contribute to the development of advanced information systems and the evolution of IT and related industries.

The magazine’s broad-ranging annual Customer Satisfaction Survey was designed to enhance knowledge of market trends and requirements. Having run for 22 years, the survey has become a highly-respected window into which products and services are most trusted in the extremely competitive technology market.

This year’s survey questionnaire was sent to CIOs and Information System managers of over 11,600 companies, including large enterprise businesses and local government agencies, and garnered 1,346 valid responses. The survey rated the products and services of numerous networking companies in categories including Features and Performance, Reliability, Ease of Operation, Cost and Support. Allied Telesis ranked highly in the survey, underlying the quality of their products and customer-focused solutions.

“We’re proud that our products meet and exceed our customers’ ever-evolving expectations for performance, quality and value”, said Seiichiro Satoh, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Allied Telesis. “We work very hard to deliver technology that our customers can depend on, and we look forward to achieving more great results in next year’s survey. “
