Displaying AMF Master connection status

When using the AMF Application Proxy of AlliedWare Plus, register the AMF Master (proxy node) with AMF Security on the AMF > AMF Application Proxy Settingspage.

When the AMF master is registered with AMF Security, one of "Checking", "Disconnected", "Good", "Error", or "Warning" is displayed in "Connected" on the AMF > AMF Application Proxy Settings page. Nothing is displayed when the AMF Master is not registered.

Refresh your web browser to view the current connection status.

Displaying Error or Warning

If Error or Warning is displayed in the "Connected" of the AMF Master (proxy node) of AMF Security, there is a possibility that the AlliedWare Plus device's AMF node or AMF Security settings are incorrect.
For the settings of each product, refer to Quick Tour / What does AMF Security Manage (AMF Application Proxy Whitelist) and Blocking with AMF Application Proxy (AMF Application Proxy Blacklist).
In addition, related logs are also output on the System Settings > AMF Security Log page, so check them as well.

Contents to check when Error is displayed

This is displayed when connection with the AMF Master registered with AMF Security cannot be established, so the AMF Application Proxy in general do not work properly. Check the following along with the log output on the System Settings > AMF Security Log page.

• Confirm that there is no problem in the communication path between AMF Security and AMF Master (Confirm that IP communication is possible between AMF Security and AMF Master)
  
• Confirm that the IPv4 Address, user name, and password of the AMF Master registered with AMF Security are correct
  
• Confirm that the AMF Master settings registered with AMF Security are correct
  

Contents to check when Warning is displayed

This is displayed when the information of some AMF nodes managed by the AMF Masters registered with AMF Security could not be obtained normally, but AMF Application Proxy does not operate on the AMF nodes for which the information was successfully obtained. For AMF nodes for which information could not be obtained properly, check the following along with the log output on the System Settings > AMF Security Log page.
Also, if a Warning is displayed after changing AMF Security to this version, it may be caused by the AlliedWare Plus device you are using, so also check the release notes of the AlliedWare Plus device.

• Confirm that AMF Master (Proxy Node) and AMF Member (Edge Node) settings are correct
  
• Ensure AMF Master and AMF Member firmware support AMF Application Proxy
