User Guide: AT-RADGate for Allied Telesis Container Platform version 1.1.1

Operating Environment of AT-RADgate

AT-RADgate can be run on a virtual machine in a virtualized environment installed on a physical server.

Host OS

AT-RADgate supports the following host operating systems:
Note
Each host OS should be in an environment where it runs directly on the hardware, without any intermediate layer or virtualization environment. In addition, each host OS requires hardware that meets the requirements, but as a guideline, the CPU should have 4 or more physical cores, a CPU clock speed of 2.5 GHz or higher, and a storage transfer speed of 150 MByte/sec. Note that the CPU clock speed is the base operating frequency and not the maximum frequency when boosted.
Note that even if you use hardware that meets all the requirements, we do not guarantee that the software works properly.

Virtualization Environment

AT-RADgate supports the following virtualization environments:

Settings when creating a virtual machine in Hyper-V

Table 1: Hyper-V settings
Startup Memory 2048 MB or more
Virtual Hard Disk Size 3 GB or more
Number of virtual processors 2 or more
Note
The network interface must be 1 x Gigabit Ethernet. In addition, two Gigabit Ethernet ports are required to use the interface bonding (redundancy) function.
