Backup and Restore AT-RADgate
Describes how to backup and restore AT-RADgate.

Notes on License
When restoring this version of AT-RADgate, if you have a file backed up using "System Backup" on the System Management > About page, you can use "System Restore" on the System Management > About page to restore the system before migration, including the license information.NoteFor information on what is backed up, refer to System Backup.
Note that the Windows Active Directory settings configured on the RADIUS Management > Active Directory Settings page are not included in the backup file, so you need to reconfigure them after performing a system restore.
NoteIf you do not use "System Restore" on the System Management > About page, you need to reissue your license, so contact our sales engineer with the Serial Number displayed on the System Management > About page of the newly installed AT-RADgate.
Backup AT-RADgate
There are two ways to backup AT-RADgate:- Back up your system using "System Backup" on the System Management > About page
- Back up each item of AT-RADgate individually
NoteThe steps for each backup are explained below.For both of the above types, the Windows Active Directory settings configured in Active Directory on the RADIUS Management > Active Directory Settings page cannot be backed up, so you need to reconfigure them after restoring.
Back up your system using "System Backup" on the "System Management / About" page
On the System Management > About page, under System Backup, click the "Backup" button to obtain the backup file.Please reconfigure the Windows Active Directory settings configured under Active Directory on the RADIUS Management > Active Directory Settings page using the information you have at hand.
Back up each item of AT-RADgate individually
The items to obtain each item individually are as follows.- Download the application log from the Event Management page by selecting "Text Output"
- Click the "Backup" button in the System Management > Configuration Management page to get a file of your system settings.
- Click the "Backup" button in the System Management > Database Management page to obtain a file of authentication policy information.
- "Server Certificate" on the System Management > Network Settings page
- The "Trusted CA Certificate" imported on the RADIUS Management > General page
- The Windows Active Directory settings configured in Active Directory on the RADIUS Management > Active Directory Settings page
- Licenses registered on the System Management > License page
Restore AT-RADgate
Describes how to restore AT-RADgate.There are two ways to restore AT-RADgate:
- Restore using "System Restore" on the System Management > About page
- Restore each item of AT-RADgate individually

Restore using "System Restore" on the System Management / About page
- Click the "Restore" button under System Restore on the System Management > About page to restore your backed up files.
- Configure the Windows Active Directory settings in the Active Directory section of the RADIUS Management > Active Directory Settings page (Only when used).
Restore each item of AT-RADgate individually
- License
Click the "Update License" button on the System Management > License page to register the license.
- Server Certificate (Only when used)
Click the "Import" button in the Server Certificate section of the System Management > Network Settings page to import the Server (SSL) Certificate.
- Trusted CA Certificate (Only when used)
Click the "Import" button in the Server Certificate section of the RADIUS Management > General page to import the Trusted CA Certificate .
- System settings
Click the "Restore" button under Restore on the System Management > Configuration Management page to restore the system settings.
- Windows Active Directory Settings (Only when used)
Configure the Windows Active Directory settings in the Active Directory section of the RADIUS Management > Active Directory Settings page.
- Database Management
Click the "Import" button under Import on the System Management > Database Management page to restore the authentication policy information.
